Financial and Auditing Services

The Bois Forte Band of Chippewa requires a qualified vendor to deliver financial and auditing services offsite. Scope includes managing financial planning, budgeting, grant reporting, procurement, investment activities, and ERP platform evaluations, while also developing internal controls, auditing accounts, and preparing indirect cost proposals. Eligible applicants must be USA-based onshore organizations. Native preference applies to enterprises that are at least 51 percent Native-owned and actively operated. Applicants must submit a Technical Proposal and a Cost Proposal digitally via email, or by mail or facsimile, to David C. Morrison, Sr. by November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Evaluations offer a maximum of 100 points, scored on qualifications (40 points), experience (30 points), cost competitiveness (15 points), and Native preference (15 points). Prior to award, the selected applicant must provide a tax identification number and proof of required insurance.
