Cemetery and Property Maintenance Service

The Town of Newbury, New Hampshire, requires a vendor to provide cemetery and property maintenance services, including mowing, for town properties and cemeteries. The selected vendor will perform the onsite work during a one-year contract period for 2027. Interested applicants can pick up bid specifications at the Newbury Town Office or on the town website, and must schedule an appointment with the facilities manager by calling 603-763-4940 x 202. Eligible applicants are restricted to USA-based vendors. Applicants must submit their proposals in a sealed envelope marked “CEMETERY/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE BID” by Monday, November 23, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The Selectboard will evaluate the bids and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions to award the contract in the town's best interest.
