1GPA Cooperative Members require a vendor to provide public sector business office operational services on an as-needed basis for government authorities in Arizona. The buyer seeks firms to assume responsibility for defined business office functions, processes, or deliverables, rather than providing advice or filling staff positions. The scope includes procurement and purchasing operations, accounting and financial operations, and business office administration, compliance, and records operations. Vendor responsibilities cover administrative report preparation, benefits and pension administration, compliance monitoring, operational documentation, and policy implementation. Services may occur on a project-specific, recurring, or co-sourced basis. Eligible bidders must be USA-based organizations, and the contractor must perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer requests proposals for budget considerations. The buyer sets a non-mandatory public bid opening for August 21, 2026, and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than September 3, 2026.
