The government authority located in San Diego, CA requires a contractor to provide child and family well-being mobile drug testing services. The required scope includes mobile urinalysis, oral fluids, and follicle testing utilizing forensic laboratory services. The contractor must perform same-sex observed collection for urinalysis testing and provide an interactive web-based management system that allows agency staff to access results reporting.
