SCADA System Maintenance and Integration Services

The buyer requires SCADA system maintenance and integration services. The selected vendor must provide software support, including software troubleshooting, programming enhancements, licensing support, and software upgrades. The vendor must also troubleshoot, maintain, and support licensing for existing instrumentation and telemetry equipment, as well as modify existing instrumentation programming and telemetry settings. Additionally, the scope includes developing SCADA design documents, integration protocol guidelines, and facility planning reports. The work involves specified Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens Water, CalAmp, and Hope Industrial equipment, along with GE iFIX, Win-911, GE Proficy Historian, RSLogix, and ThinManager software across industrial Ethernet and thin-client systems. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will be performed offsite. A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 27, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
