RFP 2026-050 - Regional Digital Ortho Imagery Acquisition and Impervious Surface Change Mapping Services

The buyer requires a qualified onshore vendor to provide regional digital ortho imagery acquisition and impervious surface change mapping services for a seven-year contract period. The selected provider must acquire high-resolution, four-band digital ortho imagery and build seamless countywide mosaics during the early 2027 winter leaf-off window. Additionally, the vendor will map impervious surface changes for the City Limits area of interest plus a half-mile buffer, ensuring boundaries align seamlessly with the City parcel fabric. The project supports planning, public works, emergency services, tax appraisal, engineering, drainage fee calculations, code enforcement, and mapping analysis. All participating organizations must be United States organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit all questions by September 11, 2026.
