Owner’s Representation Services

The government authority located in Painesville, OH requires a USA-based vendor to provide owner's representation services for a project currently advancing through the conceptual design phase. The buyer seeks a firm to assume immediate responsibility for independent project management, financial monitoring, schedule control, and technical advocacy. The selected contractor must perform all services necessary for the inspection, management, coordination, and administration of the project from commencement through development, construction, substantial completion, final acceptance, and project close-out.
