Website Coordinated, Records Management and Public Records Services

The District requires a vendor to provide website coordinated, records management, and public records services. The vendor must deliver a records management system with authorized human review, a public records request system featuring human-in-the-loop workflows, a modern mobile-friendly public website supporting non-technical staff updates, and a mobile-friendly employee intranet. Scope details include migrating existing digital records, improving public records request operations, and providing secure online payment capabilities for District services. Eligible bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The selected vendor will perform the work offsite. The District is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 1, 2026.
