The buyer requires a vendor to design, develop, implement, host, migrate, and maintain a new municipal website using a content management system (CMS). The scope includes website discovery and planning, custom design, content migration, hosting, cybersecurity improvements, and ongoing support. The new website must feature responsive mobile design, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance, analytics, improved search, an emergency alert banner, a calendar, a news module, online forms, a staff directory, agenda and meeting integration, and social media integration. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit their responses digitally through email or online.
