Cloud-Based Enterprise Resource Planning System

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) seeks a vendor to provide a cloud-based enterprise resource planning system and professional transition assistance. Because Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains reaches its end-of-life, the buyer requires accounting software alongside technical support to clean, prepare, migrate, and implement the new system within the production environment. The requested scope includes cash management, grant tracking, accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing, payroll processing, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and fixed asset management. The vendor must also assist with user adoption. Only USA-based organizations qualify for this opportunity. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally via email or online, and KHC accepts proposals to determine the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 18, 2026.
