Liquidation Services

The government authority in Norfolk, VA requires a vendor to provide liquidation services for a large retail space. The buyer expects the contractor to handle food service and restaurant equipment, retail operations and fixtures, entertainment and AV assets, commercial equipment, salvage options, vertical transportation, and artwork installations. Additionally, the contractor must manage marketing, advertisements, and secure online and onsite auction services. The contractor must screen bidders, ban non-paying bidders, run detailed pre-auction reports, maintain a marketing database of at least 10,000 individual subscribers, and list advertisements on a minimum of four auction marketing websites per auction. Eligible bidders must be USA organizations. The vendor will perform the work offsite at its own office premises. Bidders must submit proposals to establish the budget. The buyer will hold a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on August 28, 2026, and sets the deadline to submit all questions for September 2, 2026.
