Computerized Maintenance Management Systems

The buyer requires a computerized maintenance management system (CMS) to manage facilities across multiple building campuses, preferably educational ones. Vendors must provide a cloud-hosted solution with mobile app offline access and browser compatibility with Edge, Chrome, and Safari. The requested scope includes preventive maintenance scheduling with trade-based work assignments, asset and equipment records linked to work orders, room numbers and major equipment listings with floor plan access, motor pool management modules, custom drag-and-drop analytics, and integration with the existing ERP system. Cloud hosting and corresponding data storage must reside within the cloud. Eligible vendors must be a USA organization with a proven track record of providing and supporting CMS to multi-building campus organizations. Vendors will perform all work offsite. The buyer has not specified a fixed budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
