The buyer seeks a comprehensive, secure, and cost-effective merchant services solution to support agency payment processing requirements across departments and corporations in YT. The successful proponent must provide end-to-end merchant services, including payment processing, settlement, reporting, and support. The scope requires multi-channel payment acceptance for in-person, telephone, e-commerce, and card-not-present transactions, as well as hardware, connectivity, maintenance, and flexible reporting tools. Additionally, the vendor must deliver transition and implementation services, onboarding, training, and migration from the current provider. Eligibility restricts participation to onshore vendors located in Canada only, and performance of the work will occur offsite. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 9, 2026.
