Mediation Services

The government authority seeks a vendor to provide offsite mediation services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must facilitate a confidential, voluntary dialogue between complainants and the agency to resolve eligible complaints outside the traditional misconduct process. Required duties include reviewing case information from the Program Director or OPS, participating in pre-mediation communications, and coordinating scheduling with all involved parties. The mediator must submit minimal administrative documentation confirming participation and completion status while strictly maintaining the confidentiality of all mediation communications, substantive discussions, settlement positions, and complaint merits. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors located within the USA only. The buyer has not set a fixed budget and requests proposals from interested bidders.
