Traffic Signal Designs Service

The City of Oceanside, CA requires a vendor to provide complete, construction-ready traffic signal design services. The consultant must perform project coordination, right-of-way verification, topographic surveying, utility research, and potholing. The scope also entails preparing traffic signal and street improvement plans, conducting curb ramp, curb return, and traffic signal staking, and preparing project special provisions, bid quantities, and construction cost estimates. The buyer will execute a contract spanning a four-year period. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The vendor will perform all required work offsite.
