Worker’s Compensation Support Services

The buyer requires worker’s compensation support services for medical case management, medical bill audit, and a provider network. The selected vendor must deliver workers’ compensation managed care services to City members’ employees who receive benefits under the City’s workers’ compensation program and applicable laws. Specific duties include providing certified provider network access for all compensable medical claims, managing medical claims with a program supporting claimant return to work, and handling medical bill repricing, processing, and payment. Additionally, the vendor must maintain an electronic interface with the City and third-party administrator for all reporting and payments. To qualify, bidders must be a United States organization. The contractor will perform all work offsite. The buyer has not specified a set budget and expects vendors to submit proposal pricing.
