Custodial and Window Cleaning Service

The buyer requires custodial and window cleaning services for its facilities located in Farmington, UT. The selected vendor must provide all necessary institutional and commercial-grade cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals. Contracted employees must read and understand cleaning product labels and observe safe handling practices. The buyer performs certain high-level and deep cleaning tasks using an in-house team, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, hard floor scrubbing, and light fixture dusting. The vendor and the buyer's custodial supervisor will coordinate weekly rotational inspections and conduct monthly inspections for each facility. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore vendors within the USA, and the vendor must perform all work onsite. The contract spans a one-year period. The buyer seeks proposal pricing for its budget and requires vendors to submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026.
