Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal System

Navajo County seeks a consultant to provide a modern Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system and professional services to replace its existing system. The county requires a comprehensive assessment administration platform with an integrated GIS experience where GIS functions as an operational component. The vendor must supply the software, personnel, project management, documentation, and professional services to deliver a fully operational production system. The work will occur offsite. The county limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations and seeks proposals for the budget. The contract period runs for one year, with options to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. Proposers must submit written questions to the designated contact and deliver sealed proposals completed in ink or typewritten to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor’s Office prior to the exact specified time and date. Offerors must clearly indicate the RFP number, name, and address on the outside of the envelope and acknowledge all addendums.
