Solid Waste Scale House and Data Management System

The Agency requires a modern, fully integrated solid waste scale house and data management system to replace its existing scale software. The buyer needs the selected software to serve as the County's primary operational platform to modernize scale house operations, reduce manual processes, and support future facility expansion. The requested scope encompasses scale house operations, material management, customer and account management, financial management, integrated payment processing, reporting, business intelligence, system administration, and data conversion. Work performance will occur offsite, and eligibility requires onshore vendors located in the USA only. The contract period spans one year, and the buyer requests proposals for the project budget. Vendors can submit responses digitally via email or online, and bidders must submit all questions no later than September 7, 2026.
