The Agency seeks proposals for a Crime Scene Evaluation Solution to locate, evaluate, enhance, document, measure, and preserve physical evidence in field and laboratory environments. The vendor must provide a portable, non-destructive solution that includes all necessary hardware, software, batteries, chargers, accessories, and carrying equipment. The required integrated forensic imaging system must capture high-resolution, low-noise digital images in low-light conditions, offer image stabilization, support still images and optional video in industry-standard formats, and provide alternate light source illumination across the ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared spectrums.
