Strategic Plan Development Consultant Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide consultant services to develop a new three-year strategic plan. The selected vendor must review existing agency materials, design an input-gathering process, create partner surveys, and collect data via phone or electronic means. Additionally, the vendor must facilitate planning meetings, provide progress updates, help identify organizational strengths, challenges, opportunities, and priorities, and establish SMART goals and objectives. The vendor will deliver a draft plan, a final strategic plan, and a practical progress-tracking tool. The buyer requires an onshore USA organization to perform the work offsite.
