Event Production, Venue Management and Event Operations Services

The buyer seeks a vendor to deliver event production, venue management, and event operations services. The selected operator will handle integrated event planning, design management, procurement, subcontracting, site build-out, operational readiness, Games-time event operations, and closeout services. Specific duties include refining concept plans, managing budgets, coordinating utilities, implementing event technology solutions, overseeing a volunteer program, and conducting pre-event site build-outs from January through July 2028. Work performance will occur both onshore and offsite/onsite. Bidders must meet the USA-only onshore eligibility requirement. The contract spans a one-year period. The buyer currently requests proposal budgets. Interested parties must attend a pre-bid meeting on August 31, 2026, and submit all questions by September 1, 2026. Substantial completion of site mobilization and testing is required no later than seven days before the public opening.
