Program Management and Strategic Planning Consulting Services

The university seeks a USA-based vendor to provide offsite program management and strategic planning consulting services for a five-year contract period. The selected vendor will assist the university in evaluating its strategic goals, assessing available resources, and defining resource allocation strategies. The vendor must provide detailed descriptions of necessary activities, resources, equipment, materials, and timeframes. Additionally, the vendor will design implementation control mechanisms, consult on strategic plan development, and research, design, and develop programs. Required strategic planning tasks include policy recommendations, community action plan development, comprehensive plan design, regulatory and incentive strategy development, historic preservation plan design, business planning, redevelopment planning, and economic development strategic planning. Vendors must perform all work at their own office premises. The university is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and it has not provided specific evaluation criteria or key dates.
