Strategic Planning Consultant Service

The buyer seeks an innovative, dynamic strategic planning consultant or consulting firm to support its board of directors with a strategic planning process. The selected vendor must review previous strategic planning documents and background information, hold process co-design meetings, and conduct community engagement and facilitation with community members, clients, and partners.
