Copy and Assorted Color Paper Supply

Victoria Independent School District requires a vendor to supply copy and assorted color paper for a one-year contract period. The requested scope includes 8 1/2" x 11" Terra Green bond paper (500 sheets per ream, 24#-60#), 8 1/2" x 14" Cosmic Orange bond paper, and 36" x 1000' art paper rolls in black and blue. The vendor will perform the work onsite in Victoria, TX, and eligibility mandates USA-only onshore participation. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and recommends vendors submit bids through the VISD ION Wave E-bid portal on or before 2:00 P.M. on September 9, 2026. Late bids face disqualification. The district evaluates bids based on purchase price, vendor reputation, goods quality, alignment with district needs, past relationship, historically underutilized business laws, total long-term cost, and other relevant factors. The district reserves the right to accept, separate, or eliminate items, reject any or all bids, and waive formalities.
