File Folder Supplies

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction requires a vendor to provide palletized manila file folders to its authority in Raleigh, NC. The scope specifies letter-size, 8-1/2" x 11" tabbed 2/5 cut right center guide height file folders packaged 100 per carton. Vendors may perform the work onsite or offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget. To be eligible, vendors must be a USA organization and must register as a North Carolina vendor in good standing in the Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). Vendors must submit their assigned eVP number with their bids or face potential rejection. Vendors must direct all inquiries to Procurement Specialist II Larkita Brockett and submit all questions no later than August 25, 2026. The buyer will open bids on September 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
