The buyer requires American Sign Language (ASL), Langue des Signes Quebecoise (LSQ), and deaf interpretation services. The selected vendor must translate current and new web and social media content, and provide high-quality ASL and LSQ video production with closed captioning for various communications products. The buyer also needs expert advice on content translation best practices, English and French transcripts, and real-time interpretation for live and virtual events. Additionally, the scope includes transcribing and producing documents in accessible formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Braille, Audio files, Large Print, and DAISY systems. Only vendors operating onshore in Canada are eligible to bid. The successful contractor must perform the work onsite.
