Parent Partner Services

The Albany County Department for Children, Youth, and Families seeks a vendor to deliver offsite parent partner services for a one-year contract. The vendor must focus on outreach, caregiver engagement, support, and advocacy to help families interface with the formal service delivery system, collaborate during decision-making and planning, and safely reduce out-of-home placements. The selected contractor must recruit, screen, train, and supervise parent partners co-located at county probation. Only onshore United States organizations qualify for this opportunity.
