General Consultant Services

The City of Philadelphia requests proposals from vendors to provide veterinary services for approximately 40 government canines across various city departments, including the Police Department, Prisons, Fire Department, and potentially the Sheriff’s Office. The required scope includes full yearly canine examinations, all shots, routine or emergency surgery, hospitalizations, laboratory work, and required medical and post-surgical medications. The contractor must also supply flea and tick prevention products, yard and residential sprays, shampoos, conditioners, prescription and non-prescription dog foods, and product shipping and handling.
