Legal Representation and Related Support Services

The government authority in Trenton, NJ seeks a vendor to provide legal representation and related support services to New Jersey residents facing immigration detention, deportation, and removal proceedings. The selected vendor must maintain full autonomy over all legal strategy, representation, and advice. Additionally, the vendor must facilitate access to supportive services, provide qualified language interpretation and translation, ensure culturally appropriate service delivery, collect accurate programmatic and outcome data, maintain regular communication with participating providers, and convene collaborative meetings. Work performance will occur offsite for a one-year contract period. Only onshore vendors located within the USA meet the eligibility requirements. The buyer seeks proposals to determine the budget.
