Project Management Consulting Pool Service

The California government authority requires a pool of project management consultants to provide specialized Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and project management services. The selected vendors will complement agency staff by overseeing assigned projects, supporting all project lifecycle phases, and managing scope, schedules, deliverables, and risks. Scope of work includes facilitating cross-divisional coordination, leading project and Agile sprint ceremonies, updating project documentation, promoting stakeholder alignment, and implementing process improvements. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this contract, and performance of the work will be onsite. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The contract period will run for three years. Bidders must submit all questions no later than August 31, 2026.
