Fire Code Plan Review Service

The County of Maui seeks proposals from responsible, qualified, and experienced firms to provide fire code plan review services. The vendor will assist the government authority with reviewing plans for compliance with various fire codes. Performance of the work will occur onsite or offsite. Only onshore USA organizations qualify for this opportunity. The buyer seeks budget proposals from offerors. The buyer requires offerors to submit sealed proposals electronically via the Public Purchase System by 4:00 p.m., Hawai'i Standard Time, on September 23, 2026. The buyer will not open or consider proposals submitted outside the Public Purchase System or received after the designated opening time. The buyer will review proposals and consider firms that most appropriately meet its needs. Additionally, the buyer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, review an offeror's financial condition, and request a financial statement. Failure to comply with RFP requirements results in proposal rejection.
