Transportation Plan Service

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization seeks a consultant to provide transportation plan service and support the development of the 2055 Central Indiana Metropolitan Transportation Plan. The selected vendor will guide long-range regional transportation investments, priorities, and policy direction through technical analysis, public and stakeholder engagement, project evaluation, and the preparation of a final plan meeting federal requirements. Work may occur onsite or offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and restricts eligibility to USA onshore organizations. The buyer anticipates issuing the request for proposals on September 9, 2026. Interested vendors must submit proposals by October 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The buyer will hold an optional pre-proposal meeting requiring registration on September 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Interviews are planned for November 4–5, 2026.
