Lab Request Management Software

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide, procure, and implement an off-the-shelf, secure, and configurable Forensic Laboratory Request Management System to manage laboratory requests from inception through completion. The requested scope includes bi-directional integration with the agency's current Records Management System, future system transition support, data migration from legacy systems including FileOnQ, CJIS-compliant interfaces, API data exchange, customizable reporting, and secure user portals. Performance of the work will occur offsite. To qualify for eligibility, the vendor must operate onshore within the United States. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget, and the contract period will last for one year. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 1, 2026.
