Cashiering System

The County seeks a vendor to provide a modern, secure, scalable, and fully integrated Point of Sale (POS) and cashiering system to replace its legacy solution across diverse departmental operations. The requested scope includes data migration planning for historical records from 2008 to the present, functionality validation, software update schedules, automated development operations, and disaster recovery. Additional requirements encompass cash drawer control, audit logs, department-specific receipt customization, multi-tax rate utilization, ad hoc data queries, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, workstation update orchestration, and API access to reporting data. The County limits eligibility to onshore United States organizations only and requires offsite work performance. The County requests proposals for the project budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 22, 2026, and may submit responses digitally via email or online.
