Wastewater Collection System for Hydraulic Modelling Services

The City of St. Joseph, MO requires a USA-based vendor to provide wastewater collection system hydraulic modelling services offsite. The vendor must supply all professional services, labor, software, equipment, field monitoring, data management, quality control, technical analysis, meetings, and deliverables to support the City's Integrated Plan, future planning, rehabilitation, capital improvement, and regulatory decision-making. Specifically, the vendor must preserve and validate system elements during model conversion, provide a conversion QA/QC memorandum, configure models for planning and operational evaluations, expand the model beyond major trunk sewers using GIS and record drawings, and submit final native model files and supporting documentation in an organized electronic format. Eligible bidders must be USA organizations. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget.
