Janitorial Services

The State of Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction requires a vendor to provide evening janitorial services and necessary supplemental services in Jefferson City, Missouri. The requested scope includes emptying waste containers, wall-to-wall carpet vacuuming, and cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms. Performance of the work occurs onsite at 1620 Southridge Drive for a one-year contract period starting from the effective date of award. Eligibility requires a USA organization. Vendors must complete and return Exhibit A, Bid Signature Page, and all required exhibits, and must register in MissouriBUYS with at least a pending status to submit a bid and an approved status for contract award. Bidders may submit proposals by mail, email, or electronically through MissouriBUYS by the target date of September 10th, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and provides no evaluation criteria.
