Professional Floor Cleaning Services

The City of Gainesville Fire Rescue Administration seeks a vendor to provide professional floor cleaning services onsite in Gainesville, Florida. The requested scope includes scrubbing and sealing approximately 200 square feet of ceramic tile, stripping and sealing approximately 1,500 square feet of terrazzo floor, and scrubbing and sealing another approximately 2,900 square feet of ceramic tile. Only USA organizations are eligible to bid, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must register with and submit quotes through DemandStar or GovSpend by September 13, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET. The buyer posted the quote request on August 13, 2026, and accepts written questions via email to Department Representative Shetiquea Davis or directly through GovSpend. Unless stated otherwise, the buyer will award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
