Janitorial Products Supplies

The Lycoming County Financial Management Department, on behalf of the Lycoming County Board of Commissioners, requires vendors to supply janitorial products on an as-needed basis in Pennsylvania. Performance of the work will occur onsite. The County intends to select multiple bidders to supply all products, and individual County Departments will purchase supplies from the lowest responsible bidder or bidders whose quote is most economical and in the County's best interest. Only United States organizations may submit quotes, and the buyer seeks proposal budgets. Interested bidders must submit all questions no later than September 4, 2026. Bidders must submit their final quotes by the September 11, 2026 due date. The Lycoming County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, accept parts of a quote, or waive minor informalities.
