The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency requires onsite janitorial services for its approximately 9,200-square-foot Region 1 Office in Jackson, Tennessee. The agency seeks monthly bid prices for a three-year contract under Event 32801-13989. The requested scope includes cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing toilets, sinks, urinals, kick plates, thresholds, glass mirrors, chrome, and hardware. The contractor must empty, line, clean, and sanitize trash containers; fill, clean, and sanitize soap, towel, tissue, and napkin dispensers; and clean entrance doors, glass doors, ledges, and windowsills across inside areas, the entrance area, and the outside deck. Additionally, the contractor must follow OSHA and all state and federal laws, policies, and procedures for handling cleaning supplies and potential biohazardous waste materials. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible. The agency is looking for proposals and does not state evaluation details.
