Advertising Services

La Joya Independent School District seeks vendors to provide advertising services for use by students, staff, and auxiliary personnel across any entity within the school district. The district requires a scope covering online, newspaper, magazine, television, radio, billboard signage, mobile vehicle, and other media-related advertising. Selected vendors will perform work onsite or offsite under a one-year contract. The district will award multiple non-primary contracts and asks vendors to submit proposals with pricing. Only USA onshore organizations qualify for eligibility. Bidders currently awarded under RFP #2026-23 or #2026-46 must not submit a proposal. Applicants must upload a price list, catalog with pricing, or a website link showing La Joya I.S.D.'s discounted pricing. The district evaluates the submitted price listings to determine the best value and will reject proposals missing this information as non-responsive. Vendors must submit all questions by August 29, 2026.
