Strategic Plan Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a strategic plan service. The selected vendor must design and execute a strategic visioning and comprehensive planning process that includes consultation with the board of directors, management team, staff, service users, and key community partners. The vendor will develop an actionable three- or five-year comprehensive strategic plan focusing on the organization's vision, mission, values, and strategic directions. Additionally, the vendor must create implementation recommendations, support structures, strategic planning tools for evaluation such as dashboards and KPI management templates, a communication plan, and an operational plan developed alongside the CEO and management team. Only onshore Canadian organizations qualify for this opportunity. The vendor will perform all work offsite, and the buyer is actively seeking proposals for the budget.
