The Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham requires document destruction and related services in Savannah, GA. The buyer seeks a vendor to perform secure, on-demand, on-site document shredding using mobile shredding units to support records management and compliance initiatives. The vendor must deliver service within 48 to 72 hours of a request and accommodate bulk purges. The buyer accepts proposal responses digitally through email or online and requests proposals for the budget. To qualify, vendors must be an onshore, USA-only organization, and workers must perform all work on-site. The buyer excludes parties listed on the SAM governmentwide exclusions list or those currently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or criminally charged by a governmental entity. Offerors must also not have received civil judgments or convictions for fraud, public contract violations, or federal or state antitrust violations within three years.
