Job Order Contract Program Services

The buyer requires job order contract program services for a government authority located in Texas. The requested scope includes offsite performance covering professional services, sketches, drawings, specifications, staging area management, site access protocols, and operational hours. Contractors will prepare job order proposals consisting of price proposals, construction schedules, sketches or drawings, and lists of anticipated subcontractors and materialmen. CISD evaluates bids based on the lowest bid using an Evaluation Criteria Figure derived from competitively bid Adjustment Factors applied to Unit Prices in the Construction Task Catalog. To remain eligible, bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer seeks pricing proposals rather than providing a set budget figure.
