Athletic Uniforms and Equipment Supplies

The Glynn County School System seeks a vendor or vendors for exclusive rights to supply all athletic uniforms, equipment, apparel, supplies, and accessories for four middle schools and two high schools in Brunswick, Georgia. The requested scope includes high school team uniforms, middle school team uniforms, practice gear, competition shoes, travel/warm-up suits, sweatpants, sweatshirts, coaching gear and shoes, travel bags, strength and conditioning equipment, and miscellaneous items like socks. Performance of the work will be onsite. Eligibility requires vendors to be onshore within the USA. The buyer looks for proposals for the budget. The project contract runs from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2032, while another section notes a one-year contract period. Interested vendors must submit all questions by September 11, 2026. Vendors must deliver sealed proposals to RFP Administrator Haley Mitchell by October 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The buyer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and gives preference to local proposers in the event of equal proposals.
