Cloud-Based Integrated Public Safety System

The buyer requires a vendor to provide and implement a fully cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) integrated public safety system to replace its existing systems. The requested scope includes a Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD), Law Records Management System (LRMS), Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) and Field Based Reporting (FBR), and a Detention Management System (DMS). Additionally, the solution must deliver call taker capabilities, dispatch capabilities, crime analysis capabilities, and case management capabilities. Eligibility is restricted exclusively to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor must perform the work offsite. Regarding budget, the buyer is currently looking for proposals. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting scheduled for September 10, 2026, and a deadline to submit all questions by September 23, 2026.
