Closed Caption Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide closed caption services for a one-year contract period. The selected vendor must assign a dedicated Client Services Specialist and a Stenographer to deliver real-time, word-for-word, multi-language captioning for events at CareFirst Arena and other designated facilities. Captions will display on display boards and mobile devices via a dedicated iPad dress or a dial-in connection to the onsite encoder. The vendor must maintain 99% accuracy through its own quality assurance system and cover various event announcements, including game play, penalties, promotions, commercials, emergency messages, song lyrics, and next-event details. Only USA-based organizations qualify for this opportunity. The vendor must perform all work offsite from its own office premises. Bidders must submit all questions by September 1, 2026. The buyer seeks proposals to establish the budget.
