Co-Curricular Activity Tracking System

The buyer seeks a digital co-curricular activity tracking system to build and sustain a verified, longitudinal student experience record. The requested scope includes tracking, assessing, and reporting on student engagement; mapping activities to institutional competencies through guided pathways; managing events; and tracking attendance. Additionally, the system must support co-curricular transcript generation, engagement analytics, and student organization registration and re-registration. The selected vendor must migrate all historical student organization, membership, leadership, involvement, and event attendance data from the existing Engage platform before it retires in summer 2027. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this contract. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work. The contract period covers one year, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
