Technical Assistance Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide technical assistance services for a government authority located in California. Offsite work tasks may involve clean fuels scenario modeling for renewable natural gas and hydrogen, fossil gas pipeline decommissioning scenario modeling, gas supply and demand forecasting, gas rate modeling and forecasting, gas revenue requirement modeling, hydraulic modeling, or other relevant topics. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore United States organizations. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and has not provided a specific budget amount.
