Project Management Services Supplemental Service

The buyer located in Brooksville, FL requires professional project management services on an as-needed basis for capital improvement, renovation, maintenance, infrastructure, operational, and other District-related projects. The selected USA-only organization performs the work offsite with administrative support. Requested services include advising on construction feasibility and procurement, reviewing project schedules and payment applications, assisting in negotiations, evaluating change orders, tracking contingencies, conducting site observations, attending project meetings, maintaining documents, monitoring permits, and managing the project completion and close-out processes. The buyer accepts proposals to determine the budget. A voluntary pre-bid meeting occurs on September 1, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than September 8, 2026.
